EDITORIAL WORKSHOP + SHOOT-OUT

A combined product of our hands-on workshop + our shoot-out for photographers

If you’ve ever planned an editorial, you probably know the many potential downfalls of the job. We’ve been there too. Putting together what we thought was going to be a killer styled shoot, only to be disappointed with the results. Or being turned down by that wedding blog we really wanted to see this shoot featured on. Over the past years, we’ve made a few major pivots in the way we approach shoots like this. And the results have been amazing. We literally have editors shouting “Yes, please. Don’t give this to anyone else!” now after we’ve implemented some major changes.

And now we want to share this with you!

During our workshop we will hold nothing back and teach you literally everything that makes our shoots such successes. From planning and design, over finding the right team and communication, creative direction on the shoot day to how to get published, we will cover it all. And not just that. We will give you the opportunity to put together an own editorial in small teams that our dear friend Susanna Nordvall will shoot for you. You’ll get to put everything you learned into practice right away! In the end, you get to watch us style and direct a major editorial from start to finish.

We will finish up these three days with a big networking dinner. So many workshops will have you meet a lot of your peers, but not other vendors in the industry. We want you to meet people that you can dream up collaborations with in the future. Expand your network, inspire one another.

Accommodation is not included, but Helsinki has some great hotels and Airbnbs. We will gladly help you find suitable accommodation and/or connect you to other participants wanting to share housing.
